PAID MEDIA & GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER
OVERVIEW
A fast-growing, entrepreneurial advisory and CPA firm is seeking a Paid Media & Growth Marketing Manager to help scale lead generation, digital campaigns, and client acquisition efforts across multiple online channels.
This role will focus heavily on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and YouTube while supporting broader growth marketing initiatives tied to webinars, educational content, consulting funnels, and founder-led branding efforts.
The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-driven, creative, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment. This person should also be highly comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, campaign optimization, and content workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube/Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics
Develop audience targeting strategies, retargeting campaigns, and funnel optimization initiatives
Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to maximize the performance of existing creative assets and campaigns
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion performance
Support webinar registrations, lead generation funnels, consultation booking campaigns, and digital growth initiatives
Manage A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, headlines, targeting, and funnel performance
Track and report on campaign KPIs and overall digital marketing performance
Assist with CRM management, marketing automation workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns
Utilize AI tools to improve campaign execution, automation, research, workflow efficiency, and content optimization
Stay current on advertising platform updates, AI tools, trends, and emerging growth strategies
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and YouTube/Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and digital lead generation strategies
Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing based on data
Experience using HubSpot and GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM/marketing automation platforms is strongly preferred
Experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude or similar AI platforms within marketing workflows is highly preferred
Comfortable working in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Experience working with founder-led brands, consulting firms, educational platforms, financial services, or online business environments is a plus
Self-starter mentality with the ability to execute independently and drive measurable results
