Overview
We are partnering with a large, well-established financial services organization seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support critical internal and customer-facing systems.
This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, application support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure systems are running efficiently and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across enterprise applications
Provide functional and technical support for internal and customer-facing systems
Partner with business and technical teams to support enhancements, releases, and new initiatives
Utilize monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve system issues
Support web-based applications, services, and system integrations
Act as a key contributor to business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Communicate effectively with end users, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
Support software deployments and production releases
Lead or assist in resolving high-impact system issues
Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer
Deliver training and documentation for supported systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of systems analysis or application support experience
Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in complex environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working with SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with web services, integrations, and application architecture
Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools (or similar technologies)
Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
